Prairie Schoolhouse (2001)

This old schoolhouse is in the far northwestern corner of Kansas.  I came upon it early one morning while attending an antique airplane fly-in.  We were in a van chasing a balloon just after dawn, to retrieve it (balloons tend to make one-way flights) and I had to stop to photograph it in this wonderful light.  The balloon landed in the field behind it.
